angel that looks after me for all this years,

Mr.Ricky's birthday.. Buffet Dinner at Grand Dorsett...

first and foremost, let me introduce who is Mr.Ricky....

Name: RiCkY ChIa
Age: 27 years old
Occupation: Lecturer of UMS-KAl (that's why call him Mr.) hehehe
Status: single but not available... hehehe
Hobby: likes to minggle around with us the youngster.... wahahaha....

well... that's a brief introduction bout him... (dont wanna comment so much.... if not.... next sem going to be hard.... hehehehehe).....

anyway... on the 8th of April, we head out to Grand Dorsett, one and only 5 stars (as we thought la... dont know really or not.... hehehe) at labuan to celebrate his birthday.....

we been waiting to have buffet there but couldn't find an excuse for it... thus.... an opportnity to do so appears.. wakaka....

only few of us went though, it's a busy week, asignment's due date and presentation slot, expensive meal (sob T.T sob)..... but still, nothing to lose with trying out the buffet... once a while, a good meals serves as the best reward for the hard work.... wahahahaha....

built with swimming pool by the dining place, Grand Dorsett offers one of the best luxury experience among hotels in Labuan..... Pubs on the 1st floor, swimming pool and restaurant below it, not bad for a 5 stars hotel in this small state of Malaysia..... till the end, Labuan still a place for off-shoring and oil refinery's companies...

might try of staying there once when i'm leaving Labuan after 3 years though... hehehe.....

well... nothing to talk much bout this event, it's a quite formal dinner and we must take care of our manners in a classy place..... hehehe... here are some pic of that night.....

KK Trip!!! 20th-22nd of March......

so sorry that i didnt update my blog for so long.... it's been a rushing and hectic months... by in the middle of that i still have time for a Little enjoyment... hahahaha..... what is life without fun and freedom rite.... hehehe.... this post is about the trip to KK (kota kinabalu) to participated in our main campus's Water Sport Competition... for those who dont know, my university's main campus is University Malaysia Sabah Kota Kinabalu....quite a beautiful place though... but i never regretted that i came to labuan.... hehehe...

for that 3 days, i was the so-called "leader" who in-charge the who team of dragon boat and kayak... swt.... many things to do and many things to worry bout.. more like a "baby-sister" rather than "leader" because i need to arrange my team's food till accomodations....

but this trip makes me learn a lot bout leadership and organising.... i know, if you wanna have a smooth trip, you need to have a contact of someone in the organising teams... haiz... though this trip has makes me spent a lot of money... money that spent to makes everything go smoothly and fine for my team.... but they never makes me disappointed... at least, we are the winner for almost events in kayak challenge....

hahaha... i do have a sweet time with my kayak club's friends and those senior that joined us for the dragon boat and kayak challenge's competition.... i have learned a lot from them....

team-work, team-work, team-work..... that is what matter the most....

i really have a great time even though times is like limited to use that 3 days... i need to rush here and there to arrange the things....

hahaha... enough for my sigh and let me show you some view of that trip ya!!!!!!

(actually most of us felt asleep when we watching "race to witch mountain"... i dont really recall what the story is about.... hey, we are tired and it's midnight show... hehehehe....)

Sin City of Labuan

i finally took the effort to blog which can say as a unpredictable thing for me because i wasn't keen bout blogging and doesn't really makes an effort to see others people's blog... anyway, my reason to blog becase i wish to put in every memorable things that happen in my life and share it with others... well, let us start with the 1st blog, The Sin City of Labuan.. for those who didn't know, i'm currently studying and ums-kal(university malaysia sabah kampus antarabangsa labuan).. not a very nice place to be(rules out shopping centres, mamaks, cinemas, and everything that is fun) but me and my frens does have our own way to enjoy ourself... hahaha...

yesterday 15/3 was my housemate+fren+sometimes room-mates+bed-mates=(i don't have privacy)'s birthday... hehehe... well.. kinda like this feeling compare to the days i spent alone in my house back at my hometown... hahaha.. anyway, he name is xiao loong aka small dragon aka "budak kedekut" aka "i'm not that close to you also"... he one of the 4 housemates i got at my hostel... the rest i will introduce later on.. back in the old days, he would spent his birthday alone because he had not so happy+sad+disappointed+angry+heart-breaking event that happened way before i knew him... well, i think this year's celebration meant something unforgetful to him because i heard he wet his pillow with "something"... hehehe... ps:i'm sorry xiao loong, but i had to tell the truth and nothing but the truth... hehehe... cut the crap now..

we start off with friday the 13th, a bad day for the westerner and me(sob sob, rushing japanese homework) where they went out for a "porky" dinner and a dessert+early celebration at Grand Dorsett the 5 star hotel at labuan... Mr.Ricky had spent quite an amount for a cake and orange juice at the luxury place... poor him..

this will be the interesting part... saturday 14/3, we spent the 1st half of the day sleeping and resting for the coming event at night... Venue: Pop-In Time: 11pm-2am... for those who don't know the place, let me introduce it to you... The Sin City of Labuan.. every place had it own's Sin City, and now i'm showing you all to labuan's... hehehe... it's actually a club and we went clubbing that night.. Pop-In is the one of the pub that youngster would go... the rest, is meant for old man... hehehe.. even it can't compare back to west malaysia, but it's a new experience for some of my frens... we drink, dance, and scream whole night... it's a wild night i would call it... maybe we are all stress to to the hectic weeks we had...

after that our supper at MCD, we went for sight-seeing at Water Front which is watching the sunrise at approximely 5.45am 14/3..... and more "ss-ing" pic....

thus, sunrised, human are tired, and stomach is calling, so we went for breakfast at opposite Labuan Jetty where we ate Serawak "kam Pua" mee and head back to ums-kal for a good sleep..
